Hi John,

We know that spending time in the countryside is special to us all, it brings
people and nature together.

But it's about more than being outdoors in nature. Our countryside gives us
community and belonging.

Whatever our age, background or beliefs, we all have a right to the benefits
that the countryside brings.

We want to celebrate the stories and and experiences that help shape it –
including yours!

We want to see what a week in the countryside looks like to you.

Will you send us a few snapshot videos of your week in the countryside on
WhatsApp? Click the button below to share your snapshots.

your moments in the countryside to us via text message or Signal at the same
number, 07985 321 044.

Maybe it’s a special spot on your weekend walk, or your child’s face when they
find their favourite bug in the hedgerows.

It could be watching a pint being poured at your local, or waving hello to your
neighbour in your local green space.

Whatever makes the countryside special to you, we’d love to see it.

Just take a few short videos on your phone over the coming days which showcase
your love of the countryside and send them our way on WhatsApp!

We’ll celebrate our rural stories by putting all our moments together and
sharing them on social media.

We want to see what it truly means to access the countryside, so feel free to
capture what's important to you. You can submit as many recordings are you'd
like or just the one.

We take pride in caring for the countryside, and we thank you for choosing to be
a part of it.

Best wishes,
Calum
