Since Donald Trump lost the election in 2020, Republicans across the country have been scrambling to hold onto power. But no one has pushed Trump’s Big Lie more than Jim Jordan.

He repeatedly speaks publicly in front of crowds, online and on TV blatantly lying that the election was stolen.

Actions have consequences. Jordan and the rest of the GOP who continue to push Trump’s lies have convinced many ordinary Americans that they can no longer trust our democracy- and Republican State Legislatures across the country have taken advantage of this fact.

Red states are passing extreme voting restriction laws designed to make it harder to vote. 

President Biden will be making a speech today calling for legislative action to protect our right to vote. We're up against a wave of voter suppression like we haven't seen in decades. We have to restore the Voting Rights Act and tear down barriers to the ballot box.
