What do you call a curriculum that teaches children that their skin color automatically makes them inherently bad people?

I call it blatant racism, and it's

Curiously, the left claims critical race theory isn't being taught to children, yet at the same time claims that keeping it our of our classrooms amounts to censorship. Both claims are demonstrably false.
