The Supreme Court decided it will hear Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, a blockbuster case from Mississippi that’s part of a coordinated, nationwide push to chip away at Roe v. Wade and ultimately see it overturned.
Make no mistake -- this case is a direct threat to Roe v. Wade and to the constitutional right to an abortion. If the Supreme Court sides with Mississippi, further weakening or even overturning Roe v. Wade, dozens of states would likely take swift action to prohibit abortion outright.
