With his new ordinance to video tape gun purchases – plus the requirement for gun owners to carry gun liability insurance, Liccardo has new “cred” with the Left and has caught the attention of the Biden administration. Unfortunately, neither Biden nor Liccardo have the slightest idea on how to curb the problem of criminal gun violence because their policies are focused on the law abiding.
Read below how a rogue Superior Court judge has ruled that Smith and Wesson can be sued for a California shooting because they “negligently marketed the rifle to youths on social media and video game-style ads.” Ridiculous!
