Hey, I’m headed back to Washington this week and wanted to send you a quick update as the Senate goes back into session.

I spent the last week meeting with folks across Montana, discussing our bipartisan infrastructure bill and the urgent need to invest in our state’s roads, bridges, broadband, and more.

I also met with small business owners who were able to keep their doors open during the pandemic, thanks to the economic relief funds they received through the American Rescue Plan.

There’s a lot more to be hopeful about, folks. Starting this week, working families across the country — including here in Montana — will start receiving child tax credits each month through December. We’re cutting child poverty in half nationwide, and our kids will benefit from this.

We’ve accomplished a lot in the past six months, but there’s more work to do. Making sure Senate Democrats keep (and expand) our majority is the only way to guarantee we protect access to the ballot box, pass the infrastructure package, and make these expanded child tax credits permanent.

Can you chip in ahead of our mid-month deadline to help protect our Senate majority, so we can keep fighting for progress?
