Washington,
D.C. -- RightNOW
Women PAC is proud to announce its latest endorsements of
Susan Wright in the special runoff election for
Texas’s 6th Congressional District and
Stephanie Kunze in the special election to fill
Ohio’s 15th Congressional District
vacancy.
“Susan Wright and Stephanie Kunze are exactly the kind
of conservative women candidates we need to build a strong Republican
majority in the House,” said RightNOW Women PAC Co-Chair Ariel
Judah. “We are inspired by Wright’s courage to step up and
continue her husband’s fight to bring their constituents’ shared Texas
values to Washington. With her three decades of public service
experience, Wright will be ready to serve on day one, building on her
successes to lower property taxes and secure the border. Likewise,
during her time in the State Senate, Kunze has proven to be a
successful and influential advocate for Ohio families, leading on a
number of priority issues from education to the opioid epidemic and
championing efforts to improve Ohio’s business climate.”
“I’m
truly honored to earn the support of the conservative women leaders at
RightNOW Women PAC,” said Wright. “They are on the
frontlines, working hard to get quality female Republicans elected all
across the country, and I look forward to fighting alongside this
incredible organization to retake the House in the 2022 cycle.”
“I believe women can and must have a voice in shaping public
policy, and I’m grateful for the support of this wonderful
organization,” said Kunze. “We share the same vision
and values, and I look forward to working with them to be a strong
advocate in Congress for women, our families, schools, and
communities.”
The TX-06 special runoff election will be held on
July 27, 2021. The Republican primary to fill the OH-15 vacancy is
scheduled for August 3, with the general election taking place on
November 2.
