When I log into ActBlue, one of the first things I see is our average contribution. 

Of course, this number varies depending on the day and time of year, but it's almost always between $25 - $50. And that's something I'm really proud of -- we're a grassroots campaign funded by friends and neighbors pitching in a few dollars when they can. 

Many candidates spend their days focused on whatever benefits Tallahassee special interests. The problem is -- that often comes with strings attached. 

I rely on small dollar donations from people because it allows me to legislate in their best interest. Yeah, this makes fundraising a little more difficult -- but it's worth it -- because it's the right thing to do.  We won this district in 2020 in large part because of this, and we'll win it again by doing it the same way.
