Hendon Hub Public ConsultationThere are currently plans to redevelop a large area of Hendon, and this area includes the site of the Meritage Centre. A Wellbeing Centre, similar in scope to the existing Meritage Centre, is important to be preserved for the area and for the wider Barnet Community. Inclusion Barnet have now submitted their response on this to Barnet Council and consultants, GL Hearn. They are calling on them to work
collaboratively by continually engaging disabled residents, workers and students as part of the planning process. You can find out more information here: Inclusion Barnet calls for co-production on the new Hendon Hub Proposal - Inclusion Barnet
