Recorded at his studio in Canyon Country, California, Jim Daly and John Fuller talked with Morgan about his artistic career, the light-bulb moment that changed his life, and the many ways that God continues to shape his work and family.
As a successful Hollywood illustrator, Weistling was at the top of his profession. He was making a good living, dating a beautiful woman, and basking in the accolades that his talents brought him. Life was good.
But that special lady insisted that Morgan go to church with her. And what he heard one Sunday rocked him to the core.
Morgan was faced with the life-changing recognition that he’d made art his god — but that all of his artistic talents came from the one true God. So Morgan took a deep breath and a step of faith … and the Lord responded in ways Morgan never could have imagined.
