![]() California's Assembly could vote Monday to approve SB 10, a gentrification bill written to spur density in upscale Bay Area cities. But instead, it allows "14-unit luxury apartment buildings everywhere" in all single-family neighborhoods in California such as YOURS.
SB 10 is SO bad it applies even to tiny towns like Avalon and Bishop, Guerneville and Paradise, letting all city councils overrule state CEQA environmental law and local zoning to allow "14-unit luxury apartment buildings everywhere" — including in severe fire zones.
