Despite Republican obstruction, Speaker Pelosi and House Democrats have established a select committee to investigate the Capitol attack, but the GOP has its own agenda for this committee.

According to CNN, Republican sources have made clear “they will try to make the case [Pelosi] should have done more to secure the Capitol -- and attempt to shift the blame away from Trump and onto the speaker.”

That's right, John. Republicans plan to use this committee to interrogate Speaker Pelosi and blame Democrats for the deadly Capitol insurrection.

We want to make it clear to lawmakers in Washington that the American people stand behind Speaker Pelosi's accountability efforts, and that we won't forget who really fed into the Capitol attack.
