Mitch McConnell and Senate Republicans are far more interested in obstructing progress and playing political games than in delivering for the American people. 

And they’re prepared to use the filibuster—an outdated Senate procedure that is inherently undemocratic—to block every piece of progressive legislation on President Biden’s agenda. Sensible gun safety reforms. Voting rights. A $15 minimum wage. None of this will be possible while Republicans use the filibuster to hold the Senate hostage.
