If so, do you know the expiration date?
With COVID-19 travel restrictions being lifted in many places and people travelling more freely, it is important to make sure you have an updated passport. My office can help.
Before visiting a foreign country, you should make sure all your travel documents are in order, including your passport. The U.S. Passport Agency encourages applicants to apply at least 6 months in advance. Passports are valid for 10 years for those age 16 and over, and 5 years for children under age 16.
You can visit https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html to:
- Apply for a U.S. passport for the first time or renew.
- Get the latest processing times.
- Check the status of your passport.
- Obtain guidance on expedited processing.
If you need assistance with your U.S. passport application, please download my privacy authorization form so that I may contact the U.S. Passport Agency on your behalf. If you have any questions, please contact my district office at 920-907-0624.
