Brnovich v. DNC, the Supreme Court, and Voting Rights
Should More Power Be Returned to the People?
Last week, the Supreme Court released a major election law opinion in Brnovich v. Democratic National Committee. This week, scholars debate the decision and how it might impact the future of voting rights. Host Jeffrey Rosen was joined by Richard L. Hasen, professor of law at the University of California, Irvine, and Ilya Shapiro, a vice president at the Cato Institute.

Jeffrey Rosen was joined by Dan McLaughlin, senior writer at National Review Online and professor Hahrie Han, inaugural director of the SNF Agora Institute at Johns Hopkins University, to debate those questions.
