Did you see this, John? Recently, more than 24,000 diversity visa lottery winners filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration for failing to process and adjudicate their visa applications. 

These hold-ups in the Department of State are a continuation of the devastating Trump-era policies that complicated existing channels for immigrants and prevented millions of professionals, doctors, business leaders, and families from entering the United States. 

With many of our loved ones counting on programs like the Diversity Visa Lottery, we’re working tirelessly with our allies in Congress and the Biden-Harris administration to protect pathways to see our loved one. But with continued airstrikes in the Middle East, the NO BAN Act stalling in the Senate, and JCPOA talks suspended until fall, our political organizing team has its work cut out for us in 2021.
