Just last week, the Supreme Court issued its opinion in Brnovich v. Democratic National Committee, the case which challenged voting restrictions in Arizona.
The 6-3 far-right Court sided with Arizona and upheld these restrictive laws, severely weakening the Voting Rights Act and giving the green light to the GOP to continue suppressing the voices of minority voters.
The constitutional solution is clear: we can and must expand the Supreme Court NOW.
