Friend —
From her time as an advocate for women who were victims of violent crimes to her tenure now in the State Senate, the interests of her constituents have always been at the center of Mia’s work.
And as we look ahead to South Carolina’s road to recovery, it’s clear a lot has to change. That’s why Mia wants to hear directly from you, the grassroots supporters at the heart of this campaign, about what your top priorities are for South Carolina.
Friend, will you take our short survey to share what issues are most important to you? Your input will help guide this campaign as Mia fights for a South Carolina that’s as strong as we are.
Governor McMaster has failed us too many times to count. He botched South Carolina’s response to the coronavirus which cost countless lives, and now he’s jeopardizing our recovery by politicizing pandemic relief for struggling families and small businesses.
Rebuilding in a way that serves all South Carolinians won’t be easy, but it’s what will be needed if we want to avoid returning to the policies that left us so vulnerable in the first place.
That’s why Mia is fighting for a South Carolina where the zip code you were raised in will no longer determine the quality of your education, jobs, and healthcare;
Where people can earn wages they can actually live on, with equal pay for equal work, and home-grown folks can earn the skills to qualify for high-paying jobs without having to leave the state;
Where women — not politicians — make their own healthcare decisions.
There’s no shortage of issues that need to be addressed in a government that works for all of its communities. Friend, will you share with Mia what your top priorities are for South Carolina?
Thanks for sharing your input! We’ll be sure to share your responses with Mia.
