Our basic constitutional liberties including the Fourth and Fifth Amendments have been eviscerated by the administrative state at the Justice Department that has been put on steroids by President Joe Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland. President Joe Biden has decided to allow a waiver of intellectual property provisions of the Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS) Agreement for newly developed medicines and vaccines at the World Trade Organization. This is a monumental mistake that threatens continuing innovation and the current and future distribution of the vaccine in the fight against the Covid-19 virus. Take action to urge President Biden to reconsider this decision.
