Since Montana passed new legislation calling for a massive decrease in its wolf population, state wildlife officials are looking at ways to kill more wolves, faster.

The Montana Fish and Wildlife Commission is now reviewing new hunting and trapping proposals that include expanding the trapping season, hunting wolves with bait, killing wolves at night, and use of inhumane strangling devices called snares.

Montana's wolves are counting on you.  

Write the commission to speak out against these proposals. Comments are due July 26, so you need to send your comment now.
