ADD YOUR NAME: Tell the Senate to Support the INVEST Act

We have to face the facts: all over the country, our infrastructure is crumbling, and it’s past time we do something about it.

That’s why I was so proud to support the INVEST Act — Investing in a New Vision for the Environment and Surface Transportation — which passed in the US House of Representatives last week with bipartisan support.

The bill includes provisions for transit and water infrastructure right here on Long Island and measures to improve auto safety across the country.

The INVEST Act passed in the House, but now it’s moving on to the Senate — which is why I’m asking if you’ll sign my petition today to urge the Senate to pass the INVEST Act right away. With our nation’s infrastructure at stake, we can’t afford to waste a single moment.
