Our alternative Queen's Speech

Hi John,
Today the Government will set out its priorities in the Queen’s Speech. With so much attention focused on Brexit and the surrounding political uncertainty, we want to make sure that human rights does not fall off the agenda.
So we have put together an alternative Queen’s Speech
[link removed] setting out our top 7 human rights priorities that the Government ought to pursue.
Among them are issues like extending family reunion rights to child refugees in the UK, a Domestic Abuse Bill that gives equal protection to all survivors of domestic abuse and ensuring that our government stops selling arms to Saudi Arabia.
For more details on these and other priorities that unite us in the fight to challenge injustices in the UK and abroad, please read and share our alternative Queen’s Speech
