One week from today, on July 15th, most American families will automatically begin receiving up to $300 per month per child through the expanded Child Tax Credit. Analysts project that this legislation alone will cut childhood poverty in America in half! The impact will be enormous.

Shamefully, every Republican in Congress voted against expanding the Child Tax Credit and providing this needed support for American families. President Biden and our Democratic majorities in Congress are working hard to reverse the damage of the Trump administration and improve the lives of Americans, but we know that Republicans are going to do everything in their power to block our progress.
