We can answer that: yes, it will be. And that’s because Mike Garcia has zero interest in passing legislation that helps our community here in CA-25. Just look at his voting record this past year:

Voted against the Violence Against Women Act
Stood against legalizing Dreamers
Voting against the certification of electoral votes in Pennsylvania and Arizona
Cosponsored legislation that would effectively ban all abortion and some forms of birth control.

Mike Garcia has continued to show us who he really is: a partisan hack who has no interest in advocating for the needs of the Californians he was elected to represent.
