Washington, DC - The city council passed a bill to prohibit the sale of flavored tobacco products, except at hookah bars for on-site consumption, and prohibit the sale and distribution of e-cigarettes within one quarter mile of middle and high schools. The bill now moves to Mayor Bowser’s desk for consideration.
