John - Here’s the situation — last week, in a 6-3 vote, the Supreme Court upheld a pair of GOP-backed voter suppression laws in Arizona. Laws that specifically target thousands of Black and Latino communities. Why it matters — the Supreme Court’s blow to our progress is a sign that more GOP-led states will get away with their voter suppression scheme — putting our right to vote and our democracy on the chopping block.
