Governor Abbott’s campaign announced it raised more $18.7 million in the last 10 days of June, clearly a financial flex in light of his growing field of primary challengers. Those challengers, including former State Senator Don Huffines, former Texas Republican Party Chairman Allen West, and humorist Chad Prather, have not released any fundraising numbers yet, but semiannual reports are due July 15th.
