We're a week into our summer fundraiser with the goal of raising $15,000 by the end of this month. Our generous supporters have sustained FAIR and kept us truly independent since 1986, and 35 years later, we are proud to say we’re still going strong. Pay our hardworking staff’s salaries and health insurance
Offer our writers, audio engineer, transcriber and tech experts competitive rates for their work
Pay interns a living wage (a decision we made this year to expand accessibility of our hands-on educational program)
Pay our office rent and utilities
Keep our equipment functioning, internet running and website online
Print monthly editions of our Extra! newsletter and create weekly episodes of our radio show, CounterSpin, which plays on about 100 radio stations across the country.

You may have seen that FAIR recently launched a Patreon site. Patreon allows creators to offer exclusive content to supporters based on how much they donate monthly. But we won’t be offering exclusive content—and that’s the point! At FAIR we believe everyone deserves equal access to critical, trustworthy and challenging information, and it’s YOU, our donors, who help us continue to offer our analyses for free, without paywalls or advertisements.
