Thanks to your support, I won my race here in New Mexico and Democrats took back Senate control at the beginning of the year.

We now hold a slim 50-50 majority, meaning that Mitch McConnell and the GOP can still use antiquated Senate rules to block meaningful legislation as they see fit.

In order to continue delivering for the American people, we need to act fast to reform the archaic Senate filibuster before it’s too late. Add your name if you agree: [[link removed]]

For years, the GOP has been hard at work blocking important progress on issues like health care, pandemic relief, infrastructure, and so much more.

Republicans recently used the filibuster to block critical voting rights legislation that would have enfranchised millions of voters.

We can be sure they’ll filibuster again to stop our work to pass infrastructure legislation, raise the minimum wage, and fight back against the ongoing climate emergency. That’s why we must reform the filibuster and continue building on the progress we’ve already made.

Will you join me in adding your name to push for filibuster reform? Together, we can create lasting change in the lives of families and workers in New Mexico and across the country. [[link removed]]

Filibuster reform is long overdue. We have a chance to improve our government and better serve you and the rest of the American people.

Con gratitud,

Ben Ray
