We founded Donna Democrats in January to hold Maria Elvira Salazar accountable, flip this seat, and protect our Democratic majority.

Thanks to supporters like you, we’ve done just that. And over the past two weeks, Salazar has shown why it’s so important to flip this seat.

Last month, she voted to KEEP confederate statues in the U.S. Capitol--even as GOP leader and insurrectionist-in-chief Kevin McCarthy voted to remove them.

And she even celebrated the 4th of July with Miami City Commissioner Joe Carollo-- who supported segregationist George Wallace for President and sympathized with the KKK. [[link removed]]

We’ve seen this before: Salazar never held Trump accountable for his racism, appeared with racist YouTuber Alex Otaola, and refused to condemn racism within the House GOP caucus.
