refusal to enforce our laws against illegal immigration …including
facts about the abuse and neglect of migrant children in federal
facilities.

* WE’RE IN COURT ON BEHALF OF THE DAILY CALLER NEWS FOUNDATION
AGAINST CHICAGO MAYOR LORI LIGHTFOOT. Mayor Lightfoot stunned even
liberals when she announced that she would give one-on-one interviews
“only to Black or Brown journalists.” We’re not letting any
elected politician escape accountability for race-based
discrimination, which in this case violates both our First and
Fourteenth Amendment rights!

* WE SUED THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE (DOD) FOR RECORDS RELATED
TO ATTACKS MADE ON COMMENTATOR TUCKER CARLSON. When Carlson criticized
new politically-correct Department of Defense policies in one of his
broadcasts, he was subjected to coordinated social media attacks on
his First Amendment-protected speech. We’re using the courts to get
the facts about this outrageous effort to curb free speech by
conservatives.

* AND WE EXPOSED THE USE OF TAXPAYER DOLLARS TO PROMOTE “CRITICAL
RACE THEORY” TEACHING IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS. A Judicial Watch
investigation shows that a Maryland public school system spread
radical left-wing propaganda in a junior high school course by
teaching students that “MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN” was an example
of “COVERT WHITESUPREMACY.” We won’t let extremists peddling
their politically-driven poison to children in public school
classrooms go unexposed and unchallenged!
