When Virginia’s state of emergency expired on Wednesday, June 30, several pandemic-related eviction prevention measures expired along with it. Other temporary tenant protections, including the federal CDC Eviction Moratorium remain in place. Use the chart below to navigate the shifting eviction prevention landscape in Virginia.
