Here's what conservative Justice Samuel Alito wrote when the Supreme Court upheld two discriminatory voting laws from Arizona last week: “Fraud can affect the outcome of a close election, and fraudulent votes dilute the right of citizens to cast ballots that carry appropriate weight. Fraud can also undermine public confidence in the fairness of elections and the perceived legitimacy of the announced outcome.” Fraud? Like the election fraud Donald Trump is still going on about? Sounds like Justice Alito could use a mask from the NDRC Store: Even if you're not in a position to buy a gift for a Supreme Court justice, we have plenty of great democracy-defending products in our store, from shirts to tote bags to stickers and even a beer (or soda) can cooler. Everything you need to have a great summer while supporting the fight to end voter suppression and gerrymandering! -- Team NDRC
