Michelle Steel just stooped to a new low. Not only did she just completely ignore the racism and outright atrocity of the Confederacy by voting against removing Confederate statues from the Capitol, but also she once again made it clear she will embrace white supremacists and the radical right at every turn.

And this wasn't just a partisan game. In fact, 66 other Republicans joined Democrats in demanding we get rid of Confederate statues from the Capitol. But, Michelle Steel still decided to vote against the bill.

Removing these statues isn't just common sense; it's a necessary step towards a ‘more perfect Union." So, what does it say about Michelle Steel that she couldn't even vote on a common sense, bipartisan bill to remove them?

It's time to get Michelle Steel out of office. Can you donate today to help us do that? [[link removed]]

Harley Rouda served California's 48th district in Congress. In 2018, Harley defeated the 30-year incumbent Dana Rohrabacher in the very first political campaign of Harley's life. During his time in Congress, he's embraced common sense and values to tackle climate change, address deteriorating infrastructure, confront homelessness, and protect Social Security and Medicare. In 2022, Harley will be facing one of the toughest fights in the entire country, so he's depending on the support of grassroots individuals.
