Democrat Charles Booker launches Senate challenge against Rand Paul
Charles Booker is officially in the running to defeat fascist Senator Rand Paul, and we're betting on him to finally flip Kentucky blue.
Paul is one of the worst lawmakers in Washington, team. His proudest moment in the Senate was single-handedly blocking a bill that would have made lynching a federal hate crime. But he solidified his reputation earlier this year when he forced a Senate vote to throw out Trump's entire impeachment trial before it even started. We can defeat him in 2022 with your help now.Republicans want us to believe we can't flip this state, but Booker knows that “as soon as we believe we can win, we will.” That's how Democratic Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear shocked the country when he flipped Kentucky blue in 2019 -- by believing it was possible.
As Kentucky's former youngest Black state lawmaker, Booker knows how to rise above the odds, but he needs us to do our part and get progressives nationwide behind this race.
