A government agency like the IRS should NEVER be able to cancel a
religious group or a person of faith for simply operating according to
their beliefs.

Today, First Liberty won a major victory affirming this essential
right.

We officially received word today that the IRS has agreed to grant
tax-exempt status to our client, a non-partisan civic engagement
ministry called Christians Engaged-who's status should
never have been in question in the first place.
