We know that the Supreme Court will likely overturn Roe v. Wade within the next year, jeopardizing our fundamental right to reproductive freedom.

In fact, this week, GOP leadership admitted that confirming Amy Coney Barrett was a key part of this plan (if you haven't yet watched the video, click here).

The GOP has been working for decades to create this exact moment, and we cannot fail to respond.

We're urging Congress to pass the Women's Health Protection Act to codify Roe v. Wade into law, protecting the right to an abortion at the national level. Join us by adding your name to our petition here.

This legislation would protect and expand access to reproductive care — including abortion care — for millions of people, especially those patients who are disproportionately impacted by the ending of Roe v. Wade: Black, Brown, and Indigenous people, trans and queer people, disabled people, low-income people, and people living in rural areas.

With 48 co-sponsors in the Senate and 176 co-sponsors in the House, this bill already has substantial support — and we need to get it over the finish line.

Roe hangs in the balance of a radically right-wing Supreme Court, we don't have time to waste.
