On July 15, President Joe Biden's child tax credit is taking effect. Eligible families can receive as much as $3,600 for each child under the age of 6. And $3,000 annually per child between the ages of 6 and 17.

This is THE most significant law to bring down child poverty in the United States since 1965.

More than 90 percent of the people with children in almost every single congressional district will benefit. Including more than 100,000 children in PA-03!

But not a single Republican voted for it.
