[link removed] [[link removed]]Dear John,
We have a once-in-a-generation opportunity to pass the most important climate legislation in American history.
This is a key moment in Congressional deliberations, and we need people across Maine to tell our representatives that there can be no deal on infrastructure if it doesn't include climate investments.
ACT NOW: Send a Message to Your RepresentativesWe’ve been hearing from Mainers from across the state — from farmers to water district superintendents [[link removed]] — who would all benefit from investments that tackle climate change and make our communities more resilient. This is now or never.
We need Mainers to make noise NOW and demand that Congress pass a bill that tackles the climate crisis. That’s why we’re joining with our partners across the Conservation Voter Movement to send a message to Congress today. This bill will live or die based on whether our grassroots movement stands up and demands it. Tell your elected officials that an infrastructure plan MUST include investments that tackle climate change. [[link removed]]
Thank you,
Abbie
