Here's any easy way to solve the problem: Pay more.

Workers should be paid the value of their work and their time. And it’s a
disgrace that 32 million workers aren’t even making $15/hr – a wage that
in most major cities, isn’t even a livable wage anymore.

least $15/hr. If you support the fight for a livable wage, please chip in
whatever amount you can afford today.

workers deserve to be able to provide for their families without needing a
second job or cutting corners on necessities. And it’s wrong that it’s
been over 12 years since the federal minimum wage was last raised.

We must stand arm in arm with service workers in their fight for a livable
wage. It’s not only the right thing to do, it’s the just thing to do.
