Jack, the Supreme Court just upheld racially discriminatory voting laws. Decisions like these will continue unless Congress works to win back the hyper-partisan Supreme Court and make it more representative of our nation.

On July 1, the US Supreme Court made it even easier for the GOP to attack our freedom to vote by upholding discriminatory voting policies.

In Brnovich v. DNC, the Supreme Court’s far-right majority has attacked what was left of the Voting Rights Act - making it easier for Republicans to deprive Americans, particularly Black and Brown Americans, of their right to vote. The Court proved once and for all that it is an active accomplice to the GOP assault on our democracy.

The constitutional solution is clear: we can and must expand the size of the U.S. Supreme Court.
