Netroots Nation usually reserves our conference dates and facilities a few years in advance, but because of the pandemic, we are a bit behind in our 2022 plans.

Various factors go into choosing a date and location for each Netroots Nation conference—political impact, hotel rates and flight costs, to name a few. We received bids from a number of cities for our 2022 event, and we've narrowed it down to two great options. While there are pros to both of these cities, we wanted to take the pulse of our community for the first time before making a final decision.

The location for Netroots Nation 2022 is currently between two cities, both of which have hosted us before:

• New Orleans, LA (dates: July 28-30, 2022)
• Pittsburgh, PA (dates: August 18-20, 2022)

We'd love to know which city you would rather see host NN2022, given that:

• The relative hotel cost is about the same
• NN was held in New Orleans in 2018
• NN was held in Pittsburgh in 2009 (but in 2019 we were across the state in Philadelphia)
