We recently assisted with the rescue of over 90 dogs, including puppies, from a single-wide dilapidated trailer in Ohio. Many of the dogs were found with untreated medical conditions like skin infections, severe vision impairment, open wounds and bite marks. Some were found pregnant, and many were extremely fearful.

For these dogs,

the journey to recovery will be long and has only just begun as we continue to give them the care they need. And we need people like you by our side as we continue to provide ongoing medical and behavioral support for more animals nationwide.

Following this rescue, pregnant dogs gave birth in our care, and some puppies rescued from the scene have turned to other rescued dogs for parental comfort.
