Dear John, Do you count your calories most days? I usually have a general idea of the nutritional value of my food, even if I don't keep an exact count, just to make sure I'm not filling myself with the empty sugar and other calories I want to reach for.
Millions of people around the world don't have that luxury. Their focus is on getting enough to eat, not on keeping their calorie count lower than it could be.
Camila's family didn't struggle for food until her dad was injured in a car accident. Then they suddenly went from having plenty of good to trying to make sure they could get enough for all 15 members of the extended family.
