People often ask us "what can I do to support ICAN?" In a global campaign, it can be hard to give a one-size-fits-all answer. But there is a crucial way you can make a huge difference to the campaign: by inviting others to donate to ICAN. Today - as we celebrate a very special anniversary for the campaign - will you help us find more donors?

Throughout the years in this campaign, we have relied massively on generous supporters like you. You've helped us email decision-makers about joining the treaty, shared updates and news with your networks, and urged banks to stop investing in nuclear weapons. And of course, many of you have generously donated over the years and strengthened this campaign further.

As we celebrate the 4th anniversary of the adoption of the Treaty, we now need more people like you onboard – we need your help to find them.  

Will you invite friends, family and others in your network to pitch in? 

The process is easy: we have created a special page where you can create a personal fundraiser link. This link is unique to you, and you can share it on social media, your messaging app of choice or email, asking your friends and family to donate. When someone makes a donation through that link, we will know they came through you.

To show our gratitude, we are sending an ICAN t-shirt to everyone who raises more than CHF 150 (or equivalent in your currency) by July 31st, and the top 5 donors by July 31st will receive special thanks in our next annual report.  

As we are preparing for the first Meeting of States Parties of the TPNW in Vienna in January 2022, we hope you will consider helping us fundraise to make this next step of the treaty a huge success.
