In case you missed it this morning, David Chipman is headed toward the full Senate for consideration as ATF Director. 



He's now just two votes away from seizing control of the tyrannical ATF and waging full-scale war on law-abiding gun owners. 



Worse, it appears that as many as three crucial Senators remain undecided on Chipman's nomination. 



Democrats Joe Manchin (WV) & Jon Tester (MT), as well as Republican Lisa Murkowski (AK) have yet to take a position.
