Hello Colorado Republicans,

On Saturday, I traveled to my 35th county as State Chairwoman: Washington County. No matter where I go, people across our state are troubled by the high cost of living -- whether it's lumber costs that interfere with construction projects, rising diesel and gas prices, or more dollars paid out at the grocery store -- Democrat policies are hitting people where it hurts. I'm not alone in feeling that it's just not worth it to save 16 cents on hot dogs when I'm paying $16 more per tank of gas!

In order to combat the Democrats' devastating policies, please choose a local candidate you can adopt for the November 2021 races. Whether it's a mayor, city council, or school board race -- each of our good candidates needs your help. Please jump in, and we'll also be jumping in as the state party.

Help us spread the word about Jared Polis' nursing home scandal, too. If you missed the background and information on this, you can read more here. Simply put, Jared Polis is refusing to go on camera with media to explain why his administration chose a Democrat donor's testing company (that failed), waited 17 days to help nursing homes (that were crying out for help), and increased the death rate at these same homes to twice the national average (before Christmas 2020). Colorado families deserved better, and they certainly deserve answers.

I hope you enjoyed your celebration of July 4th, and let's keep the spirit of freedom in all we do!

GOP Rep. Ken Buck takes aim at Facebook over content moderation

New York Post: Republican Colorado Rep. Ken Buck is taking aim at Facebook, calling out the social media giant’s decision to censor certain stories — such as The Post’s reporting on Hunter Biden and content about the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In a letter sent to Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Buck charged that the website “opted to obliterate commentary on these topics from the public square in the supposed interest of public informational safety.”

House Republican Leader Hugh McKean: 2 bills that show how Colorado Democrats fought against you

Colorado Sun: In this session of the Colorado General Assembly, Democrats rammed through a far-left agenda using deception and misdirection. Two of the worst bills this session — House Bill 1266 and Senate Bill 260  — reveal the lengths Democrats will go to advance destructive policy.
....

At a time of economic turmoil, with skyrocketing cost of living, inflation, and high unemployment, Democrats’ policies are prolonging the pain. They are attacking our major industries and hiking up fees when we should be driving down costs and helping to bring our economy back.

Your legislators should be working for you, and Democrats just spent the last six months fighting against you.
