When running for office, everyone talks about being a hard worker — but what folks say is much less important than what they do.
Day in and day out, Tom is putting in the work necessary to connect with every corner of Wisconsin, and July 4th was no exception. It reminds us of what Wispolitics.com said about Tom months ago: “But insiders say none of the other potential candidates will likely outhustle Nelson.” Tom attended three parades all around the state over this weekend because he knows that representing Wisconsin means getting out there, actively listening, and meeting folks right where they are. From Sheboygan to Oshkosh to Stevens Point, it was great to see folks in person once again.
But here’s the thing: last weekend was just the beginning. Tom wants to make sure he gets to all 72 counties and see and meet as many folks as possible — because being a successful Senator is impossible without actively listening and engaging with the dreams and aspirations of every community. And we know Ron Johnson hasn’t met with regular voters in years, preferring the confines of Fox News tv studios.
John, as long as it's safe, we want to visit your neighborhood; grab coffee at your favorite spot or have a burger at your favorite diner.
But to do that, we need to first know where to go. What’s a good spot to meet people in your town? Click here to let us know >>
Thank you for giving us your input,
Nelson for Senate
