Hi,

The right-wing majority on the Supreme Court just handed another huge blow
to voting rights in a recent decision upholding an Arizona law designed to
make it harder to vote.^1

As usual it was a 6-3 decision. Trump's majority on the Supreme Court is
going to keep handing down decisions rebuilding Jim Crow and destroying
our democracy, until the President and Congress step up to fix the Supreme
Court by adding more seats.

It's not just voting rights. The Supreme Court also just handed down a
decision allowing a Koch-funded right-wing organization to hide its list
of major donors, which could be a prelude to a much larger attack on what
remains of campaign finance reform laws.^2

The Supreme Court also took up cases that could reverse abortion rights,
hand the NRA another victory against gun control, and further expand
corporate power at the expense of workers. With 3 Trump-installed
Justices, now the Supreme Court could turn back the clock on decades of
progress, right when we as a nation are clawing our way out of the
pandemic.

We don't have decades to wait for the next Justice to retire or pass away,
not when there's so much at stake.

We need to raise our voices and tell Congress and President Biden that we
need to balance out Trump's right-wing stacked Supreme Court. Before the
Supreme Court majority destroys what remains of our democracy.
