John -- the Supreme Court decided it will hear Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, a blockbuster case from Mississippi that’s part of a coordinated, nationwide push to chip away at Roe v. Wade and ultimately see it overturned.

If the thought of a future where the likes of Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett get to decide on reproductive rights makes your stomach churn, sign the petition calling on Congress to #ExpandTheCourt:

A decision from the Court that infringes on abortion rights would be even further evidence that the Court is wildly out of step with the people over whom it is supposed to preside.

But it wouldn’t be the first time they tried to take away the right to abortion. Three conservative justices have already tried to overturn Roe v. Wade -- and they have since been joined by three Trump-appointed justices with staunchly anti-choice records!

To preserve our reproductive freedom, and ensure next term’s blockbuster abortion case is decided fairly, we must add seats to the Supreme Court. This would ensure the Court is balanced with justices who respect precedent and our basic constitutional rights.
